Gardenzz Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing tags.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Return Label: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and include a copy of the original invoice.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
