Return and Refund Conditions
We accept returns on items purchased from Gardenzz.com under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including custom-engraved watches, personalized items, and any products that have been altered or damaged after receipt. Please check the product description for any specific restrictions.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once your return is processed, we will notify you, and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
How to Return an Item

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. If you are exchanging a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number when contacting us.

Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
